These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by 2693350 Ontario Inc O/A Full of Beans Coffee Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at fullofbeans.co (the “Site”).
By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to use this Site.
2. Products and Orders
We sell roasted coffee beans and related products for personal use.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are disclosed before checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have rights under Canadian provincial consumer protection laws.
We will provide a refund or replacement if:
- The product is defective
- The product is materially different from what was ordered
- The product arrives damaged due to shipping
Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
To report an issue, contact us at coffee@fullofbeans.co within 7 days of delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
6. Promotions and Subscriptions
Concerning subscriptions or recurring billing:
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- We will clearly disclose all renewal terms.
- We will provide a confirmation of subscription by email.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by Full of Beans Coffee Co and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. User Reviews and Content
If you submit content:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.
- You confirm it is lawful and accurate.
We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee taste satisfaction, brewing results, or personal health reactions.
This Site does not provide medical or nutritional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, unless you reside in Quebec, in which case the laws of Quebec apply.
13. Language (Quebec Clause)
The parties have expressly agreed that these Terms and all related documents be drafted in English.

Nous remboursons ou remplaçons si :
- Le produit est défectueux
- Le produit est incorrect
- Le produit arrive endommagé
Aucun retour pour préférence personnelle.
6. Abonnements (le cas échéant)
Vous pouvez annuler en tout temps avant la prochaine facturation.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
Tout le contenu appartient à Full of Beans Coffee Co.
8. Avis de non-responsabilité
Aucune garantie de goût, de résultat ou de satisfaction personnelle.
9. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans les limites permises par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects.
Cette clause ne s'applique pas en cas de faute lourde ou intentionnelle.
10. Indemnisation
Vous acceptez de nous indemniser pour toute utilisation abusive.
11. Loi applicable
Ontario, sauf pour les résidents du Québec où les lois du Québec s'appliquent.
12. Langue
Les parties ont expressément convenu que ces documents soient rédigés en anglais.
